PMO structure must be evaluated for the organization. Is the PMO to be Supportive, Controlling, or Directive.
Responsibilities:
Clear definition is required for the PMO and should be established within the organization.
Culture:
Moving projects and portfolio to monitoring and/or control outside of core business is difficult and should not be over-looked by leadership.
